Internship Information Manager - Business Analyst

Are you studying information management or archivistics and would you like to put your theory into practice? Then be sure to read on!

Your main task will be to support our experienced consultants in carrying out their information management projects. Our customers (local authorities and institutions of the Flemish Government) use two framework agreements of the Flemish Government to carry out their information management projects.

Specifically, you:

• Will assist our consultants functionally in writing a vision for and governance around information management;
• Assist our consultants in turning that vision into an actual policy. This includes:
  
  • Developing a supported electronic filing system, SharePoint or Teams environment or other document management system based on the client's technical infrastructure;
  • Setting up and supporting an awareness campaign around information management, handling e-mail and chat, etc.
  • Assisting departments in reorganising their work processes and information management
  • ...

• Assisting our consultants in preparing for digital archiving:
  
  • Co-analysing a work process and the application in which it is carried out;
  • Helping formulate advice around the data and documents to be archived;
  • Attending meetings with customers
  • ...

• Gain insight into the obligation of using the series register;
