How Jonas combines the best of both worlds at Zeticon
After about three years of being a student Electronics - ICT at Odisee, Jonas was asked to look for an internship, as well as a related graduation topic. After getting in touch with several companies, there appeared to be a good fit between Jonas' expectations and goals, and the proposal as made by Zeticon. The assignment in short: scaling Cloud applications using Kubernetes.
Jonas' internship was not only successful, he was also offered a job as a support engineer. Something he did not have to think twice about. And so Jonas' professional career at Zeticon took off. Check out the full story!

In short, you could say that Jonas combines the best of two worlds in his current position. As a support engineer, he is continuously in contact with Zeticon's customers and solves problems in various fields of expertise. Simply put, Jonas provides support when customers have specific needs, questions or comments about applications developed by Zeticon. He is the link between internal and external and translates the needs and demands of customers to Zeticon's development teams. In addition, Jonas is also responsible for a number of operational tasks.
The combination of interpersonal contact with customers and the ability to carry out operational tasks is of the utmost importance to Jonas. He is by nature a very social person, so the human touch is something that really appeals to him. In addition, the fact that he has to deal with a wide range of issues means that he can immerse himself in a wide range of knowledge areas, which greatly expands his expertise. Win, win, win!
IMPROVEMENT IS THE MAIN AIM
